Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel their order within 6 hours of placing it.
After 6 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and email address.
If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
You must also provide proof of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please send:
•    Your order number.
•    Clear photos of the damaged item.
•    A photo of the shipping package.
•    A short video, if needed.
Once we review the issue, we will decide whether to offer a replacement, a refund, or another suitable solution.
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return request, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of days.
Refunds are available only for approved returns, damaged items, defective items, or wrong items sent by mistake.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
•    Used items.
•    Items damaged by the customer.
•    Orders returned after the allowed time period.
•    Items that have already been shipped and are not eligible for cancellation.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly by us.
